Nicholson AgriDrones App Terms of Use
Effective date: July 23, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Nicholson AgriDrones business-management application operated by HeatSeeker Thermal Drone Solutions, LLC, doing business as Nicholson AgriDrones.
1. Purpose of the Application
The application is used to manage Nicholson AgriDrones business operations, including customers, fields, jobs, agricultural application records, invoices, payments, equipment records, and related business information.
2. Authorized Use
Access to the application is limited to Nicholson AgriDrones and individuals specifically authorized by Nicholson AgriDrones. Users may not attempt to access, copy, alter, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the application or its data.
3. QuickBooks Online Integration
The application may connect to QuickBooks Online after an authorized user grants permission through Intuit’s secure authorization process.
The application may create or synchronize customers, invoices, invoice balances, payment status, and related accounting information.
Nicholson AgriDrones does not receive or store the user’s QuickBooks password. QuickBooks access may be disconnected at any time through the application or through the user’s Intuit account.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
verifying customer, job, invoice, payment, tax, and accounting information;
maintaining secure access credentials;
reviewing records before relying upon or submitting them;
complying with applicable agricultural, aviation, pesticide, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping requirements; and
maintaining appropriate independent backups.
5. No Professional Advice
The application is an administrative business tool. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, agronomic, pesticide-label, aviation, or regulatory advice.
Users should consult qualified professionals and applicable government agencies when professional guidance is required.
6. Data Accuracy and Availability
Nicholson AgriDrones makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and available services but does not guarantee that the application will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.
Users must verify important records, calculations, invoices, payments, and regulatory information before relying on them.
7. Ownership
The application, branding, design, source code, databases, and related materials are owned by HeatSeeker Thermal Drone Solutions, LLC, except for third-party products, services, trademarks, and content.
QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks or registered trademarks of Intuit Inc. Nicholson AgriDrones is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit except through authorized API integration.
8. Third-Party Services
The application may use third-party services including QuickBooks Online, Cloudflare, and other service providers. Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Nicholson AgriDrones is not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions, or errors caused solely by third-party services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nicholson AgriDrones disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nicholson AgriDrones and HeatSeeker Thermal Drone Solutions, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the application.
This includes loss resulting from inaccurate entries, missed deadlines, unavailable third-party services, lost data, accounting errors, or unauthorized access outside Nicholson AgriDrones’ reasonable control.
11. Suspension or Termination
Nicholson AgriDrones may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect the application, its data, its users, or related systems.
Upon termination, access to connected services may be revoked and retained data may be deleted in accordance with applicable legal, accounting, and operational requirements.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. The effective date shown above will be revised when material changes are made.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
